先建一个CVS用户组，
groupadd cvs
然后在这个分组中，添加用户
useradd user1 -g cvs 
useradd user2 -g cvs 
然后改变用户口令
将CVSROOT目录对于cvs组可读

passwd 用户名
系统就提示你输入新的口令。

passwd

$su - root

Retype new password:
passwd: all authentication tokens updated successfully.
