microwindows安装问题出错，大家帮我啊！！！

我查找论坛发现可能是tcl/tk没装，就安装了rh8.0自带的软件包，还不行，重新下了tcl tk也不行，谁能帮帮我啊？
PS:make 出错

make: *** [subdir-engine] error2
microwindows0.9 rh8.0
