我的系统是redhat 8.0 
我的显卡是intel845G主板集成的显卡,去intel网站下载了845G显卡的驱动. 
并安装.但安装后把"菜单"->"系统设置"->"显示" 的分辨率设成了800*600. 
但仍只有640*480.请问如何把分辨率改为800*600? 
我曾试着把/etc/X11/XF86Config文件中 Section "Screen" 段的分辨率改为单一的800*600,但也是没有效果.

在终端执行xvidtune，调好后按“show”，然后编辑/etc/X11/XF86Config文件，在Section "Monitor"中加入刚才“show”出的文字试试。

我昨天刚刚装这个驱动，一步步的按照readme做的，确实不错，而且有一步：配置的事情都可以不做，只要能进x，把display里面的自动检测的i810还是i845改成i830，然后就可以有1024×768和24bit了。关键是编译显卡驱动以及添加到内核里面时保证x－window没有运行。
