我没有Linux 安装光盘，从网上下了一个Linux 10.0版本，它在我的XP里，却不知如何安装，请问有什么办法可以把它装入我的机器，并同XP组成双系统？

check the bootdisk.img file in the images on the iso file(first disk),that is a boot disk image
if the bootdisk.img fit one floppy,follow the steps below!
1.create a linux boot floppy
copy the bootdisk.img from the iso file
rawrite the bootdisk.img to floppy
2.copy the iso files to root of disk (d: for instance) fat32 format!

3.boot your computer with the floppy 
4.selet install source from hard drive
5.select the hard disk that contains the iso file,installation will begin!

if the bootdisk.img can not fit one floppy,try to write it to a bootable usb disk!
or you can follow the steps below!(i use this way)
1. download a grub for nt (search @ google)
2. following  the instructions and install the grub!
DO NOT WRITE YOUR MBR
3. copy the vmlinuz and initrd.img from the iso file(disk 1)
change the menu.lst file relevantly.
4.reboot your computer!
5.select install source from hard drive!
6....
Ps:
old kernels can't recognize serial ata!

用iso在vmware里面装撒～
