解决办法：
在两2上节点安装32位的glibc-devel-2.3.4-2.43.i386.rpm，然后再重新安装CRS
注意：必要是2个节点上都要安装这个包，而且需要重新安装CRS

chown -R oracle:oinstall /oracle
重新安装，出现以下提示，说明已经解决该问题
