Oracle用户只有访问其他用户视图的权限 ：

-- 查看用户的权限 角色 对表的操作

SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NONE)

SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NTS)表示操作系统认证
