iptables:No chain/target/match by that name问题

我的问题是在我的终端上执行如下命令：
iptables -t mangle -A OUTPUT -p udp --destination-port 5060 -j DSCP --set-dscp 40
提示iptables: No chain/target/match by that name
而执行iptables -t mangle -A OUTPUT -p udp --destination-port 5060
可以通过
我知道是内核的配置导致没有链，但是我所有配置都选上了，该有的都有了！还是不行！
希望高手能知道到底是内核的哪个地方没有配置！
包括IP: Netfilter Configuration ---> 下的
DSCP match support
DSCP target support 我都有配置
另外执行iptables -t mangle -A OUTPUT -p udp --destination-port 5060 -j TOS --set-tos 2
也是提示iptables: No chain/target/match by that name
也就是说并不是DSCP这一项的配置问题，TOS我也有配置，但是都是这个结果，所以说明内核还有其他地方配置不正确，
希望有明白的人，具体做过的人能给予帮助！不胜感激！

你配置的是编译进入内核还是模块方式？如果是模块方式要将相应模块插入！
