最后提示只到87%,是不是就是说有13%的文件没有写入,包不包括上面的那个未能打开的文件.我在其他机器上备份成功过,看到最后提示是100%写入的.

对的，是应该是有100% 的时候，提示已经备份成功的。
解决问题的思路：
