去搜一個字串 sqlite_api,就會出現一堆sqlite_api_xx 一些包含sqlite_api的字串
但是我只要搜sqlite_api這一個完整的字串而已,cscope能作到嗎

那么为何不用其他功能呢，其实其他的功能查找到的都比（Find this text string:）要少，
楼主的情况用Find this global definition最合适了，
如果找不到，试试Find this C symbol
