哥们 你这个是烧写的yaffs文件系统与你的nand的结构不匹配的缘故
要相应修改mkyaffs2image.c的内容 或者是kernel中的oob区规则
就是说要与kernel中的oob相匹配才可以
我前不久做过  也被这个问题卡了一段时间
