我把根目录镜像烧入到了第三个分区上，是直接使用mkyaffs2image工具制作的镜像，这样行不行。

是256MB的,看起来好象是找不到文件系统里的文件.

根文件系统下etc/init.d/rcS 以及 etc/inittab是否存在？log提示，内核启动后，没有找到启动初始化相关的文件。

你是否可以先用NFS启动，然后看看能不能mount上Flash,看看是否里面有init

这个错误是根文件系统不正确造成的

根据你的flash的情况，64M还是128M还是256M，使用其相应的工具制作root file system，重新烧写看看。可能是内核，可能是文件系统的原因。我曾经试过，两者不匹配，所以无论如何都不行。看运气吧。
