关于编辑器emacs配置

最近配置emacs，在自己的目录下面.emacs写一些自己定制的配置，但是emacs一点反应都没有！
这是我的配置单，我相关.el文件应经放到/usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/目录中了。
我的emacs版本是23.2.1。我不知到我的emacs默认load-path在哪里！大家帮个忙！谢谢啊

很久以前搞过emacs的配置，后来搞成个模板，直接拿来用了，所以对其中的细节一时记不得，下面是当初搞emacs时写的文章，给楼主参考一下：

一般放到文件~/.emacs当中。

是啊,我的也是放到~/.meacs里面.
如果家目录没有这个文件就自己写一个就行了.
