我装的是linux7.3，启动后一切正常，可是在登录后进入xwindow时出错；当输入startx时错误如下：

接着又是登陆后的提示，输入startx后依旧，小弟不知到是哪里的毛病，是不是我的机子不能装linux，还是显示器的毛病，希望高手能告诉我，我将送满分100作为感谢！

用Xconfigurator配置.

直接在提示符下输入Xconfigurator,记得第一个字母是大写的！
跟着按照你部机子的硬件情况一步步来就可以了！

主要问题是LINUX无法正确地自动检测配置显卡或监视器，所以必须手动重新配置。
如楼上所说，可使用Xconfigurator，但有的系统无法使用该命令，可使用xf86config或redhat-config-xfree86，直接在终端输入即可，按照其提示配置。

如果你的显示器比较新，可能无法在LINUX7.3下进入xwindow，我的ViewSonic液晶显示器就没法在LINUX7.2下进入图形界面，只能使用更高版本的LINUX。

显示设备没有配置，用redhat－config－xfree86配置一下。
