一个关于获取地理位置的问题

现在我在纠结它的性能和耗电问题,用GPS会不会耗电?能不能用3G网络定位,准不准,耗电么?能不能通过路由器定位到链接它的设备?

every electric device consumes electricity. I won't worry about that. How much power does it need? that depends on how often the receiver requires data from the satellite.
As for the accuracy, The U.S. government is committed to providing GPS to the civilian community at the performance levels specified in the GPS Standard Positioning Service (SPS) Performance Standard. Real-world data from the FAA show that their high-quality GPS SPS receivers provide better than 3.5 meter horizontal accuracy.
I will not consider 3G network tracing. It can't cover rural area or remote areas in cities.
As far as I know, the best approach for tracing ur pet is by embedded chip. I mean the chip planted under the skin of ur pet...

GPS:如果你想获取地理位置信息,坐标转地理是有误差的,而且这误差一般是国家规定的。
