I just looked at the cisco client vpn client documentation for TunnelingMode. When it is set to 0, then you're using udp tunneling and when it's set to 1, then you're using tcp tunneling. Are you able to test with tcp tunneling? Does anyone else use cisco vpn tunneling with TunnelingMode=1 (tcp tunnel)? So I think the bug in the wrt320n router relates to ipsec tcp tunneling and not ipsec udp tunneling.
