postfix如何收邮件

我在linux虚拟机上安装了dovecot和postfix。用telnet localhost 25发邮件给其他邮件，功能正常，邮件都能收到。但是我在outlook里配置不好使（有可能是我linux虚拟机上邮件配置的不对，我是菜鸟，不太懂）。我机器上应该没有启动mysql数据库。
现在的问题是，我想确认一下，我的收邮件功能好不好使，应该怎样做呢？
我不知道下面的log信息对解决问题有没有帮助，姑且把log贴出来，作为参考
