系统在readonly状态，要想修改文件，怎么办？

我的系统是fc5 ，我改变etc/fstab文件后重启，在启动过程中出错，提示
启动时出现：
checking filesystems
fsck.ext3 unable to resolve "LABLE=/home"
...
...
...
give root password for maintenance
(or type ctrl + D to continue).
输入密码后，
(repair filesystem) 1#
此时不能mkdir，不能新建文件，不能修改文件。用VI修改保存会提示“'readonly' option is set(add ! to override)”
怎么办？
启动时出现：
checking filesystems
fsck.ext3 unable to resolve "LABLE=/home"
...
...
...
give root password for maintenance
(or type ctrl + D to continue).
输入密码后，
(repair filesystem) 1#
此时不能mkdir，不能新建文件，不能修改文件。用VI修改保存会提示“'readonly' option is set(add ! to override)”
怎么办？
