查一下你的 /etc/exports 文件 配置你的网段和读写权限。
还有一点注意不要挂载太多的东西,不让会出错。
服务器和arm 开发板上的ip 地址要在同一个网段。
先试试看。

uboot ping下宿主机,能ping通就排除网卡问题了,
192.168.1.63无应答,再看看宿主机目标机的IP是不是在同一网段。NFS服务器配置文件里权限有没有问题。再就是看看内核启动参数是否配置对了。
